    13. The Power of Reparenting Ourselves

Reparenting is a gift that we can give ourselves.

Hello, dear ones! I hope you will join us for this episode on reparenting. Reparenting is the work of adulthood: it is to learn to be the wise and loving parent to ourselves that we didn’t have growing up. It isn't about victimhood; instead, it is about getting really honest with ourselves. It is about embracing vulnerability, learning how to love and care for ourselves, strengthening the mind, getting comfortable with the uncomfortable, and preparing to get to know ourselves. What's not to love? See you on the inside!

Listen in to hear about the thoughts that create shame, the actions that we take or don’t take when we feel shame, and what we can do to rise above shame.

    8. Comparison

In this episode, we talk about how comparison may be keeping you from truly thriving. Comparison rears its head in many areas of the human journey, so it's important to understand how this thought pattern has a tendency to hold you back, keep you small, and create a winner/loser mindset. I share some insights on why we humans are so drawn to comparison and what we can do in place of it to create more peace and freedom to savor what is, and cultivate a beautiful life.
