Dr. Baker’s “Raise the Steaks”

I really enjoyed this podcast due to the line of questioning that Jesse and Liam pursue. It gives the speaker full rein and with the questions and statements, the information that is given, is complete and pertinent. It is, to me, a curious topic that I will research more due to Jesse and Liam presenting it with an open mind and their sense of curiosity. Thanks, Diane Schaffer

My New Favorite Podcast

I just listened to an episode of Truth Not Trends and I’m hooked. I listened to the episode on Steve McKinney and he had lots of insight on different workouts. It was super informative and I can’t wait for more episodes like his. Jesse and Liam do a great job keeping the flow of the interview going and ask very insightful questions.
