Emma shares with us how she has been coping and living with Anxiety from a very young age, as well as speaking on her own experiences with dissociation, depersonalization, derealization disorder. We share information on panic attacks/severe anxiety, how to possibly pinpoint one and the trigger, and how to possibly be able to stop one before it starts.  We share our experiences/stories dealing with; OCD (obsessive-compulsive disorder), PTSD (post-traumatic stress disorder), Severe Anxiety, ADHD, upon other mental health disorders.
