Twist and Shout Nucleus Strength

A vast majority of accidents happen during a moment when rotation is required, but for many reasons does not happen.  Rotation is a very essential aspect of all movements.  In this exercise progression we work from the floor to standing, focusing on rotating joints through their full expression.  This is a challenging workout in terms of listening.  Please give yourself some time to absorb the sequences.  Practicing rotation will fortify our lives against future injury and weaknesses.
