Ep. #8 – Kill My Landlord

Two Scoops is finally back again, including a long explanation of the nightmarish living situation that was keeping Jordan from being able to do the show. From there, to stoke Jordan’s desires to do harm to his former landlord, he and Bix watch “Pacific Heights,” the 1990 Michael Keaton vehicle where he’s the tenant from … Continue reading Ep. #8 – Kill My Landlord

Two Scoops is back! Bix and Breen talk McDonaldland, and the strange allure of an advertising campaign that has its own grand fictional universe. Ep. #5 – Have You Ever Fucking Seen Law & Order?

This week on Two Scoops, Bix and Breen take a left turn to the terrifying world of fan fiction. Why does it exist? The pop culture podcast I've been waiting for

Jordan Breen and Bix have long been two of my favorite podcasters whose encylopedic knowledge of MMA and wrestling know no equal. It's always been frustrating, however, when they'd go off on a tagent revealing they're just as well versed in the weird nooks and crannies of pop culture only to be forced back on the subject at hand. That's why hearing about Two Scoops had me chortle with delight. Not the types to hold back, the first episode comes in full force exploring the psychic fraud James Hydrick and American Gladiator contestant Wesley "Two Scoops" Barry. Jordan and David's wealth of knowledge is only eclipsed by their ability to create meaningful, insightful conversation with fodder that many would be content to just gawk and guffaw at. A delightful pod and I can't wait for more!
