Not so Dumb Dumbbells

Recently I have started working out.. a lot actually and it is something that I not only enjoy immensely but actually something that most days I look forward too. Friday afternoons at 2pm Texas time however.. I look the most forward too. Not only because I am related to one of the two dumbbells but because it is an insightful and fun radio show to get to listen to towards the end of my day and week! They are funny, helpful, knowledgeable about everything that they are discussing and provide some very good exercise pointers for those of us that are just trying to get back into the swing of things. I am very proud of you B and PJ.. keep up the good work - keep us laughing and keep us motivated! One step one time!

As if Friday's weren't already great…

I already look forward to Friday every week but now that I have these two dumbbells I look forward to Friday for FITNESS! Brandon and Pj break it down, clearly have a lot of fun, and always have great information that I can easily understand. best part, neither of them are afraid to laugh at themselves or poke fun at each other. Thanks for a great podcast and another reason to add fitness to life!
