UCH- Crew Mental Wellness Ultra Crew Hub

    • Wilderness

We all know crewing any runner is arguably the most difficult part of any event, especially when that runner is a significant other or a very close friend. From getting to the next crew location, to making sure you have everything under the sun your runner may need, to staying fueled and hydrated staying and focused at crucial times when your runner needs the support they need in a short period of time. There are countless things that a crew must deal with other than following a ribbon or sign. With a cumulative ultra resume consisting of over 100 ultra races, multiple wins and not to mention countless crewing experiences we have put together a panel of who’s expertise ranges from ultrarunner, to crew chief and mental wellness professional.
We were fortunate to be able to secure Danielle Snyder of Inner drive Wellness and also the mental wellness coach for the Number one trail community known as Freetrail to lead this panel discussion.
