David Genecand is a Coach, SOMA Breath Master Instructor, Athlete and Entrepreneur. He is passionate about vitality and health and everything that revolves around nutrition, physical, mental and emotional experiences. As an athlete, he ran long distances (205 km) which enabled him to develop his mind and his resilience and to master visualization and anchoring techniques. In recent years, he has specialized in breathing techniques (pranayama), resistance to cold, visualization and other healing methods.
