Ultraboyruns says 'give me that Tough Love, give it to me now'
In the proper season 2 opener I look at my 5 favourite ultra marathons and discuss how having a truly epic adventure could be the very think you need over the safer more sedate option. I also look back on my time racing the Vigo Valentines Tough Love 10, a ball busting ten mile race that I love going back to and you should too.
All the races mentioned have reviews at www.ultraboyruns.com where there is a heap of further useless information for you to browse.
The next running of the Vigo Tough Love 10 takes place on 13th February 2022 in Vigo, Kent. Search Vigo Runners on Facebook for more information.

Ultraboyruns reviews his 2021 running
Well another year has come and gone and this podcast is a bit late to the party - but better late than never and I can assure it thankfully isn't very festive at all! Welcome to the Ultraboyruns review of his 2021 of running and here is to a more successful 2022!
Full second season coming soon - I'm sure you're delighted. -
Ultraboyruns says 'let's go Jibber Jabber' with Nicky Lloyd
In the final episode of the season, Ultraboyruns talks to the awesome Nicky Lloyd about life and running. Topics for discussion include injury, ultra marathon running, and most importantly The Tour of Tameside - don't say we never spoil you.

Ultraboyruns asks, 'what type of trail running poo are you?'
It's something we all do but it is also something that we generally avoid talking about - poo. If you can't handle a bit of trail running poo chat, this podcast isn't for you (YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED).
Welcome to the penultimate episode of season 1 of Ultraboyruns: The Adventure Channel.
As runners, many of us will have experienced the natural need to have a poo and this podcast looks at the kind of poo-related issues that runners might have had and the things we can do to mitigate the effects. More concerningly this is me baring my (poo)r bum cheeks to the scrutiny of my fellow runners and the wider podcast community. -
Ultraboyruns to question ASKadventurer
In episode 4 Ultraboyruns and his 6 year old daughter head out to the trail and answer 20 questions that will highlight just how much the child knows about her fathers one and only hobby - running.
