Unbreakable is among one of the best podcast ideas out there that addresses the real life issues we face every day. Christian is able to talk with his guests in a way that breaks down barriers and allows them to open up about struggles we all work through. Mental health is such a prevalent topic in today’s society and it’s not talked about enough. Unbreakable helped me understand I’m not alone. Having mental health struggles doesn’t make me an outcast, I’m just like everyone else. I’m eager to hear the stories of these Unbreakable people to help inspire me to be better every day.
