How this performance coach uses Navy Seal training and hypnosis to help people break free

In this episode I talk to Zach Paul. Zach went through Navy Seal training but ended up in a coma before he could complete it.

After several years of depression and mindless wandering he finally found his direction and now uses hypnosis to help people break free of limiting beliefs and bad habits.

Breaking the chain of fear so you can move further and faster

Breaking the chain of fear so you can move further and faster

In this episode I focus on fear, a chain at level 3, and something that often holds us back from taking action, or trying new things.
At level 3 the chains are about the images we create in our head and I share a few stories and examples of having the mental image but breaking through fear and taking the action.
I also present a quick exercise we can all do to start addressing our fears and it starts with recognising what they are.
If we can break free of our fears we unlock the potential to move more quickly towards our goals, dreams and visions.
