As human beings, we are naturally gratified by meeting our needs, wants, and desires. Whether these are physical, spiritual, emotional, financial, or security needs, we will always go out of our way to meet them. Sometimes we choose to meet them in the right way, but other times our actions can lead us to self-torture, regret, denial, pain, anger, and turmoil. Learning to be gentle with yourself and how you handle your stress and life if it doesn’t feel very healthy is the first step to embracing and accepting your journey and finding fulfillment. Don’t criticize yourself for what you can’t control or manage because it won’t help you improve or progress toward what you want. It just lowers your vibration.

My Story of Chaos
Everyone has a story of chaos in their life. But did you know that these stories are worth something? As we get older and enter a phase in which we're beginning to take responsibility for ourselves, the past can begin to rear its ugly head and haunt us on a regular basis. They may create emotional tattoos, which are undeletable permanent marks on our souls. Like the invisible bumper sticker, emotional tattoos immediately re-route your thinking. They impose and imprint a false impression of yourself, which becomes invasive and inescapable. We carry them around everywhere and at every time. They never leave us, therefore becoming a part of us.
Tina Anderson grew up with a debilitating eating disorder and distorted body image. In her teenage years, she resorted to unhealthy coping mechanisms and eating to deal with these issues. This cycle continued for many years until she realized the methods weren’t working well for her. She decided it was time to take the difficult path of self-discovery. She had a spiritual awakening in 2014 and now helps others find a deeper meaning to live a confident and happy life. Here is Tina’s story of chaos. Get inspired! Let’s jump in!

Criticism and Negative People
Dealing with criticism and negative people is a part of life for all of us. How we react is the key to maintaining peace, joy, and self-confidence. The next time you are faced with either of the two, consider my lengthy path of trial and error and what now works for me.

Who Are you At Your Essence. Why So Important.
This is one of the questions I asked my coaching clients in my UnChaos Yourself program and often one I ask in my general intuitive readings. Not one person has been able to answer this question with clarity and confidence.
This is SOOOOO important if you want to live a life of joy, happiness, fulfillment, contentment and purpose. If you don’t know who you are at your essence, you will make decisions that take you into situations you don’t align with on your soul journey and with people who do not support your highest self. That creates chaos and confusion and often times, so much worse.
I read a letter I wrote when I was eight-years-old and why I now recognize it as an expression of mine. You’ll hear the genuine sadness as I allow myself to experience the sorrow as that little girl. Detach From and Reframe Worry
I truly believe that the higher forces at work are only interested in the best outcome for you and for our world. The highest version of you always needs work and growth.
