Not just for African Americans
These are powerfully helpful podcasts! I’ve been on a quest for unconditional self-worth my entire life, without really recognizing the issue for most of it. I wish I had heard this years ago, and saved myself from unhealthy relationships where I didn’t get my needs met because I didn’t take care of myself or advocate for myself - but better late than never!
