Really helped me to understand myself

I stumbled across this podcast when I was going through a low point of trying to figure out why I look for attention in all the wrong places and how I self sabotage my current relationship. This podcast is so informative and relaxing. Everyone can relate to this podcast one way or another!

Her insights have helped me identify so many strengths within myself as well as areas of growth. I truly recommend this podcast anyone looking for an uplifting resource in their healing journey.

Dr. Pat Sanders & Burnout episodes

Very much enjoyed these episodes and I’m sure I’ll be re-listening to parts of them as needed. I could definitely relate to the burnout episode—and found the tips helpful— and to Dr Pat Rogers, well, I just want to be like her when I grow up!
