A tool to support the work

I stumbled across Dr Coleen via the insight timer app and was blown away by her talk about self-worth. As someone who has long equated her productivity and lovability with her self work this podcast has been a helpful companion on my road to unshakable self worth.

I stumbled across this podcast when I was going through a low point of trying to figure out why I look for attention in all the wrong places and how I self sabotage my current relationship. This podcast is so informative and relaxing. Everyone can relate to this podcast one way or another!

Unconditionally Worthy is remarkable. I’ve listened to many self worth podcasts and what I enjoy most about this one is how approachable Dr. Gooden makes growing as an individual. Her insights have helped me identify so many strengths within myself as well as areas of growth. I truly recommend this podcast anyone looking for an uplifting resource in their healing journey.
