Two and a Half Leagues Under the Sea
Rebecca,
First day aboard. Made nice with the captain and friends with the Marine Biologist. Might have problems with the Doctor. I’ve been thinking a lot about Verne. You should pull out your copy–I know you have one.

Allegory of the Deep
Rebecca,
There was a birthday on the station! Still on the rocks with the doc. Can you teach me to bake?

Ghost in the Abyss
Rebecca,
I don't think Nietzche was intending to be literal about the abyss looking back at us, but hey, what did he know. At least our resident biologist is happy.

Pavlov's Nematodes
Rebecca,
Things are starting to get exciting, for varying definitions of excitement. Living down here...hasn't been what I expected and I didn't even know what I was expecting. Miss you.

Two Years Before the Hatch
Rebecca,
Everything is totally fine down here. I am definitely getting used to life at the bottom of the sea. Completely unrelated: I filed a will before coming down here, right?

Customer Reviews
Good but not great.
This podcast has excellent worldbuilding, fun and unique characters, good voice acting, and an amazing atmosphere. However, it doesn’t go anywhere. It’s a nice fluffy podcast, and every episode has something happening, but nothing ends up happening. The ending is anticlimactic, and character arcs don’t feel resolved.
Wish there were more seasons
If there is a strange sub genre of fiction podcasts about people going in subs underwater I would say I’m a fan. From this to the deep I think they have a good vibe. This one was particularly interesting and I lied the variety of characters
Interesting!
This is a super interesting and definitely well done podcast. The narrator is a little frustrating because she’s only ever talking about how terrified of everything she is (even though she volunteered to come down here) - but her interactions with other characters are great!! When she isn’t listing her fears I love how she actually analyzes the effects of living under the sea and you get some nice fun facts in there as well!! I hope there’s more coming soon!!!
