Relatable

I’ve been battling this for as long as I can remember. I’m 28 years old and I feel that my days are so difficult just fighting myself in my head, it’s exhausting and frustrating. Most days I think if this is gonna. E the rest of my life I don’t want to do it. It feels good to hear you guys speak. To hear someone like me and someone who truly tries to understand is comforting. I already am trapped in my head most days whether it’s my depression or crippling anxiety. But listening to you guys makes me not feel so alone. Even if I don’t talk to anybody I feel like I got some interaction in listening to you guys. Thank you for that

Educational honest and loving

What a great podcast. I have been moved to laughter and tears over and over. Doug is so educated and honest about what it's like to live with and fight debilitating depression, and Ed is a shining example of unconditional love and support. Well done gentlemen, thank you so much for sharing.
