Just when we think life is stuck and predictable, something happens that shows us otherwise. And it could be that one of these moments is at hand, more of the time than we think.
Our occasional podcast shares stories of when our sense of time is changed, subtly or dramatically. Life becomes more vivid, and we see the world - and ourselves - differently.

A breath of fresh air
Johnnie Moore’s podcast “Unhurried Moments” returns us to a time of stories as an essential part of each day. Sharing insights, vulnerabilities and deeply rooted fears through individual shared memories, we experience a much needed release of tension, and an opportunity to let go of the posturing, and self-armour, we unconsciously adapt. Particularly during this time of COVID-19, with the isolation and loneliness we are all suffering, these unhurried stories provide a moment of comfort, and community.
