This podcast is the TRUTH!! I’ve been on this weightloss journey since I was a preteen, I am now 32, and this podcast is the realest fitness podcast! I’ve listened to other podcast, watched countless you tube videos and read plenty of blogs, but no one and nothing compares! Antonique is really on the journey herself and she keeps it real from the perspective of someone who is trained in this field and someone who’s worked hard to make practical lifestyle changes for herself. I finally feel like there is a voice, a person I can relate to and trust. She’s not trying the latest fade diet, she’s eating real food and putting in the work. She’s also keeping it real, she legit said “I had a muffin today, I’m having a donut tomorrow and that’s cool.” Bam!!! Thank you so much for putting this together!!
