Serving as the Creative Director at Marc & Andre Paris, she played a pivotal role in elevating the business from a small factory to a prominent fashion house, selling nearly 1 million garments across Russia, CIS, and Turkey. In her mid-20s, alongside her Marc&Andre responsibilities, Mariana served as a special advisor to the CEO of the World Fashion Channel, shaping its PR strategy for a vast viewership of over 250 million in Russia and CIS. Spotting an opportunity in the UK beauty sector in 2016, Mariana acquired a local nail salon and launched Oblique Nails / Beauty.
