UNMUTED leadership with Heather Hansen Social Responsibility at Work

    • Business

I’m so honored to have Heather Hansen on the podcast today all the way from Singapore, we joked that she has end of day hair and I have early morning hair 💇‍♀️

In this episode we discuss how the UNMUTED leader can show up, speak up, and inspire action. Heather boldly states, “when we are conscious, confident, and connected we can truly be unmuted and build a psychologically safe environment to bring out the best in our people. This will allow us to communicate more successfully in a distributed, global workforce.”

Heather focuses on fostering unmuted communication cultures where every voice is heard, resulting in greater inclusion, innovation and efficiency across remote and global teams. She is an outspoken advocate for global voices and her views on global communication have been featured in NPR, ABC, Quartz, and multiple print and radio outlets.

Having just delivered a keynote address at the WELCOA Summit in Chicago, I found these themes to resonate with the current challenges leaders are facing to bolster a healthy and productive workforce.

I had a great time chatting with Heather and hope you enjoy this episode as much as I did.
