Millennials Aren’t Coming, They are Already Here

It’s easy for older generations to forget that Millennials are not as young as they think they are, with some already in their 40s with established careers in management and leadership roles. Since it’s no secret that Millennials do things differently than their Baby Boomer and Gen X predecessors, organizational changes must happen now as this next generation continues to take charge. PMMI Executive Leadership Conference speaker Jason Dorsey, president of The Center for Generational Kinetics, joins UnPACKed with PMMI to help explain some generational myths and uncover the hidden behavioral drivers of each age group.

Astounding

This is ASTOUNDING. I was hesitant to listen because I thought it would be boring, and it was the opposite of my expectations. Although I have little idea what the host is talking about, it is nice to have something playing in the background. I like to play this before a sports game as a ritual. This podcast brings me good luck and is amazing. Mr. Sean Riley is great at his job and he is a great host. This podcast is TRULY inspiring.

Amazing Packaging Information

This podcast is better than good. This is amazing, and is exceptionally exquisite. I would recommend this to anyone that is interested in the packaging industry. This was a delight to listen to. The host has an eloquent way of speaking and has inspired me to create my own podcast. I hope that this podcast gets hype because I am a big fan. Everyone should listen to this. The host is very humors and seems friendly. I feel like I could sit down and have tea with him while talking about the packaging industry. The host also seems smart and intelligent. The company has done a great job of recruiting this host, and he needs more recognition. Sean Riley needs more views and more support. This podcast is the best I have ever listened to, and I hope you enjoy it as much as I have.
