Fantastic! Insightful and fascinating look at the unknown cases that shape our rights.

I’m a legal professional and familiar with most of these cases, but I still find this podcast incredibly interesting. It’s great radio storytelling, easily digestible by the lawyer and layman alike. Slick, funny, and very well-produced, this is a great addition to NPR’s stable of podcasts.

I upped my annual donation to WAMU based on the strength of this podcast.

Wonderful Podcast!

If you’re a fan of The Daily, you’ll enjoy Unprecedented. Stories about the first amendment are presented in a narrative style akin to the New York Times podcast. Schwartz and Vuolo have the law school expertise and the journalist know-how that makes for compelling storytelling. You’ll laugh, cry, sing songs, dance, and learn something new with every episode. The tenth justice (Nina Totenberg) is a delight to listen to, especially in a more personable, relaxed setting.

So often we are blindsided by the rush of a 24 hour news cycle that never lets up, and Unprecedented is the perfect remedy. The podcast rejects sensationalism in favor of nuanced conversation that feels truly original. I highly recommend Unprecedented to anyone who’s interested. If you’re curious, give it a listen!
