    In today’s episode, I am talking about the pressure we have put on ourselves to always be busy. Not only do we live in a society that rewards being busy, but many times we fall into the trap of thinking that being busy means that we are worthy and valuable. When we are busy, we feel hard working, successful, and impressive. I like to call this the “busy badge” that we wear to convince ourselves that being busy means other people will view us as more important. 
    Throughout this episode, I share with you my thoughts about being chronically busy and why we all deserve some deliberate rest. You will hear about why being busy makes us feel validated, what the term “tunneling” means, the importance of self-care during busy times, and a question to think about this week.

    Why is what you offer so valuable?
    In today’s episode, I am talking about aligning yourself with the price and value of what you offer. Before telling your potential clients how much you charge, consider the VALUE of what you are offering. My clients as me all the time about what price they should set their offers at, and I always say that it's not about the number itself... it's about being aligned with that number and the value you attach to your product or service.. When the price is in alignment, you sell with confidence and when you don't close a deal, it's okay because you'll know that client wasn't the right fit.
    Throughout this episode, I share with you why knowing the value of what you are offering is a big plus for your business. I talk about how to price your product and why the wrong price can block potentially great customers. Additionally, I’ll share with you the benefits of setting the right price for your product or service.

    Where will you be on New Year's Eve this year? What you are doing today will contribute to where you’ll end up as you welcome the next year.
    In today’s episode, I am talking about laying a foundation to achieve your dreams as an entrepreneur. Goals play a vital role in keeping you on track and focused in a world with limitless distractions. But, setting goals is just a foundation, you have to keep re-evaluating, growing, and evolving. While genuine self-evaluation and adjustment can be difficult, they can be what ultimately sets you up for success.
    Throughout this episode, I share the importance of setting goals and how they can help achieve what you planned to achieve before the year ends. I talk about the importance of re-evaluating the goals to determine whether you are still on the right path or if a pivot is necessary. Additionally, I explain the benefits of pivoting by making small changes that translate to significant outcomes in the long run.
