Let's talk about it. Here. Now. Sex. It's human–it's how we all arrived on the planet. If there are so many of us, why aren't we all having the conversation? It's time to talk about S–E–X.

As the New Earth begins to shift into a new paradigm, we are confronted with the choices from our past and decisions for our future. While the past no longer exists, what does exist, is how we view our past and come to terms with our actions. Finding peace, restoring confidence, and offering forgiveness will support the journey as we head into newer, evolved versions of ourselves. We have typically been taught as a society to be on the constant "go" in terms of our career, partnerships, and serving a hustle mentality. Yet, who is this truly serving? In moments of consistency and tenacity for our dreams to come true, we must first become clear on those dreams by allowing ourselves to grant permission to become still to hear the answers only we know within. Clarity will come, so we must remain patient. As uncomfortable as it may be, it will require us to do absolutely nothing to remain in the silence and stillness in a world of rapid change.

In this guided meditation, hosted by Light Talk, you are soothed by Lucio and a gentle sound bath to calm your mind, relax your body, and restore peace within your own energy. Throughout the meditation, you will be offered empowering affirmations, a direct connection with your spirit team, and have the freedom to become curious about your idea of what Heaven may be for you. There are no judgements. There are no expectations. All which becomes available to you, here and now, is the opportunity for expansion and evolvement within your own acceptance of how extraordinary you truly are.

As I navigate out of my 20's this year, I am understanding more and more of how vital it is to express oneself in manners which invoke reflection–and encouragement–for others. The root of all of our operating comes from one place in our being: our thoughts. 

Sometimes, what feels good is to release and express whatever is happening on the inside. Normally, I might go to a friend or family member–perhaps someone in a licensed counsel. In this moment, I tuned into myself to tune in with you. From everything I'm experiencing as a human, I keep the friendly reminder tucked somewhere deep within echoing: "it's okay."
