Good content

Enjoy the interviews. And the app. A request, please stop saying, “sort of”
Thank you

Mostly great except when it comes to gender

I’ve noticed that traditional gender stereotypes grooves are dug deeper on this podcast and the viewpoint is heterosexist. If the podcast is going to focus on romantic relationships, maybe be a bit more diverse.

Aside from that, I relish my time listening the guests brought on. The science and re-interpretation is appreciated. Hosts are educated, informed, and interview well.

Mixes brilliant guests with some bogus

Big fan of the podcast, but was a little baffled when I heard bulletproof founder Dave Asprey make anecdotal health claims about the evils of whole grains as being scientific fact.

Anecdotes are fine! It’s part of why I listen. I appreciate that the podcast has a lot of guests who are exploring new territory, but it feels gross when guests such as Asprey make universal health or science claims that aren’t qualified as a personal experience or being actively researched. It devalues the work of real researchers on the show.
