Great podcast

I’m a 52 year old female who continues to enjoy mountaineering, strength training, endurance running, and all things uphill athlete as I age. I love listening to this podcast for the incredible wealth and depth of knowledge the speakers share, and the top-notch athlete-coach minds that come together on this show. The folks who are in this podcast are the pinnacles of mountaineering knowledge, and they literally wrote the books on climbing, mountaineering, trail running and ski touring. I’m so grateful they share what they know with the rest of us. Words cant describe how awesome this podcast is. Thank you guys so much.

Inspiring and informative

I love this podcast. As an ultra runner that really only runs to train for climbing mountains and bowhunting and skiing… it is so fun to listen to others who love the mountains and are doing inspirational big efforts without the repetitive, redundancy of so many podcasts that only focus on running. Loved the specific episodes on workouts and muscular endurance.
Steve what a legend! I loved your book and have loved the evolution of this podcast. Alyssa Clark you are so inspiring. Thank you all for sharing your expertise with the world.
