Alyssa is CEO of the American Confidence Institute, a TEDx, and Boston Best Speaker. She co-hosts the podcast “In Confidence: Face Your Workplace,” and Chairs the ERG Leadership Alliance which directly improves workplace diversity & inclusion.

Alyssa teaches every semester at Penn’s Innovation Center and is an Advisor for MIT’s Trust Center.
