Great podcast for those interested in the mind

The USC Performance Science podcast is a great listen for applicable insights for your everyday performance. Learned a lot about gratitude through the podcast and have been implementing techniques into my own life. Would recommend as an introduction to the science of the mind and high performance. Lots to learn from case studies, article reviews and podcast guests.

Great listen!

Love the insight and diversity of every episode! Personal favorite is the Self-Talk in an Athletic World. Definitely recommend for anyone interested in becoming more mindful/looking for an edge through mindfulness training.
