Soccer hipsters who don’t actually know soccer.
Skip this. Listening to this feels like USMNT Twitter had a podcast. In their depth chart episode they start saying they were ranking on how players are playing now, then ranked a bunch of unproven 20yos, that they acknowledged they hadn’t watched, over established starters based on perceived future potential. They care more about what club (or league) a player plays for than actual production. They think they’re cool because they disagree with Berhalter, despite knowing nothing about international soccer. I’ve tried a few times because I want more in depth analysis of USMNT, but listening to them for USMNT analysis is like learning politics from InfoWars.
