John and Tim reflect on learnings. They discuss how to think about linens.
Bed bug covers
What type of quality you will need to satisfy your airbnb guests and still run a practical operation
Too inexpensive leads to wear, too premium offers no return because most guests will not notice the difference
Mid-grade linen is best (fitted bottom, top sheet, pillow cases)
John and Tim discuss what covers are best (Hint: coverlets are faster to dry)
Heavy comforters are expensive to wash and frequent washing is cost prohibitive (think $20-25 per comforter each turn!)
Duvet covers are another option
Strike a balance when choosing linen - you want quality, but you also want to be practical considering laundry is a constraint
