We talk about Val's inspiring journey, from her transition from an office job in England to embracing rural life in Sligo, her impactful "Hands of Sligo" photography project, and the importance of capturing and preserving the stories within communities. She shares her love for Boyle and also her experiences meeting locals around the town.
