Valerie Huard on the Connection between Clutter + Trauma Launching Simplified

    • Entrepreneurship

Valerie suffered  childhood trauma that took years and years to recover because she had nobody to guide her. When she discovered the connection between clutter and trauma she realized that as she decluttered she started to heal from the trauma. A couple of months into her decluttering she realized that she was getting in touch with her emotion. Valerie shares her story and reveals that "Not only was I crying or yelling. I was also smiling and feeling more energetic." Valerie created her program “ Put that stuff down” to help others recover from clutter and trauma.

Valerie  shares about her recovery from clutter and trauma as well as what she learned launching programs and her book "Put That Stuff Down." Her advice to entrepreneurs is to start selling your program first--then build it. Too often people spend years building out a program only to find no one wants it. Besides validating your ideas before investing too much time and effort in course creation, Valerie also talks about a mastermind she joined that allowed her to do market research and test ideas before bringing them to market.
