    We live in a complex word, culturally and ideology- developing Cultural Competency can help us to be mindful of cultural diversity & interact as effective as we can so that we can be more sustainable as humans. I am so honoured to interview Constanza - she has a PhD in Intercultural Studies & offers a wealth of knowledge when it comes to understanding various cultures & how different beliefs & values is the centre of many conflicts we see today.

    Constanza was born in Chile & came to Canada to pursue a professional career as a Canadian Academic. She was my professor in University where I took her course - Intercultural Competency /Communications.  Cultural competence is the ability to understand and interact effectively with people from other cultures. In the episode we dive into the various blocks, historic reasons & personal biases that affect our ability to effectively interact, communicate or engage with people of  various cultural backgrounds.
