Jack has been in the Real Estate business in Venice since the mid 1980’s. An because of his connections with the community and deep ties with the fellowship of recovery here in Los Angeles he has asked to remain anonymous. He is a fairly well known guy so if you know who he is that’s fine and if you don’t, that’s fine too. We discuss many things including the rich history of the block he lives on, the state of real estate in LA, what he thinks of rent control, the homelessness issue and possible solutions.
