This gem of a podcast is full of wisdom and it’s one to keep an eye/ear on. In the sea of endless opinions and perspectives, Ellie stands out as she so naturally calls out and beautifully reflects backs to us what we’re all feeling (and what’s to come) in the collective but don’t yet have the awareness to put the words to yet. A must listen!

I related to this shared experience and it really helped me feel validation as even 4 years later I still question if I was certain things or there’s this thing wrong with me….. This helped remind me that the horrible things said to me and the labels he tried to label me with were completely inaccurate. Even years later we still need to be reminded after going through verbal and emotional abuse that when your in a relationship you are hoping is going to lead to marriage and then this partner starts to treat you like the enemy and abuse you, it’s clearly not your fault. It’s clearly their relationship to their vapid sense or worthlessness and we are their targets of horrible projections. The saddest thing is we were there because we loved some part of them and they spewed the the darkness of all the people that hurt them before us, unto us. I enjoyed how clear, precise and to the point subject matter was expressed. Thank you for being vulnerable.
