Consistency makes Change

Even if you’re not ready to take the next step in life - this is a must listen! I found VB on my at home Soul Cycle bike and never looked back. After months of riding I finally started listening to my first podcast ever - I am so grateful to have found and joined the VBSquad! Even with never meeting her in person these conversations, stories and motivational tag lines make you feel like she’s talking to you.
