Invaluable Insight Into the Business of Videography

Henry Finn is a personable and relatable host that brings the mystique and otherwise hidden underpinnings of running a small service business into the light. While most videography podcasts focus on gear reviews and technique, this one is unique, in that it guides you through the practices and pitfalls of finding clients, keeping clients, and increasing your income and efficiency of work in the world of making videos.

I am an introvert myself, so approaching potential clients is my weakest skill. Henry is an introvert hisself, and so his personal anecdotes are extremely encouraging. Once I happened upon the Videography Academy Podcast, I quickly went back to the first episode and began going through all of them in order. I have watched my business grow and find myself pitching to clients much more easily. Henry’s podcast has given me understanding and confidence to excel and what I love doing, and it’s such a gift to be able to make a living doing something that fulfills you. Thanks, Henry!

Also, listen for additional resources he makes available if you want to dig deeper into making videography a sustainable business, or if you are looking to grow your business.

Once you start, you won’t stop

There are plenty of Video/filmmaking podcasts to choose from; however, the Videography Podcast separates itself by narrowing its focus down to the weeds of the business side of this creative industry. Once you start, you won’t stop! 5 stars!
