QUICKHITTERS and then lots and lots on affirmative action. One argument I make is that the recent Affirmative Action ruling is very similar to the previous 2 SC AA cases including Bakke.

Great/Fair Assessment of the Days News
Jeff Cross does his home work and is fair in how he reports on the news he has read. He is diligent in studying what the actual issue “is” and he finds out what was actually said. So refreshing. It is quick and concise and his points make you think. Hers to the centrist-ish majority that must stand up and be heard.
Excellent!
I have a short drive to and from work everyday and this a great podcast to get caught up on the news that I care about! I would love for it to be longer!
