Hey, I’m Robin Rhine McDonald, a follower of Jesus, a wife, a mama of 2, and a seminarian turned health coach. And I am SO excited that you are here!!


I found myself 20lbs heavier, struggling to keep my eyes open in the afternoons, with a face full of acne. I was confused as to how I ended up there, being that I worked out and felt like I ate fairly healthy.


It seemed like no matter what I tried, I couldn’t create the results I wanted in a way that I could see myself maintaining long term.


It wasn’t until I discovered the unlimited motivation and FREEDOM that exists in living according to God’s VISION for my life and health that I began to see changes.


I realized that physical health is an essential aspect of our spiritual health and relationship with Jesus… and that He is VERY interested in walking with us in every aspect of our health.


I became gripped with the notion of seeing EVERY body that comprises the BODY of Christ healthy and well.


In this podcast, I (and the guests I bring on) will show you how to:

* Achieve the results you want and KEEP them

* Implement simple healthy habits that you ENJOY that fit your busy schedule

* Ditch the negative beliefs and lies that keep you from creating results that LAST

* Have a hopeful and excited perspective on practicing healthy living

* See the possibilities and opportunity of a healthy life in partnership with God

* Make changes NOW that will set you up for energy and vitality later in life

* Eat, cook, and prepare healthy meals and snacks for you and your family - that everyone LOVES

    Hey friend!
    Do you struggle with having confidence in your body? Does your mind flood with mean negative thoughts when you look at yourself in the mirror? 
     
    If so, know you're not alone. I think body confidence is something every woman struggles with at some point, if not continuously. To the point where I don't even know if we identify it as a problem.
     
    It's just how many of us think. I see memes on social media joking about feeling ugly or fat.
     
    I hear women make jokes about breaking the scale or messing something up to poke fun at their own weight. Making it seem like it's something they don't care about when really it is a constant pain point.
     
    As follower of Jesus, daughters of the King, we get to view our bodies differently - no matter how they look.
     

    To kick things off, in this episode, I'm going to offer insight on how to have confidence in your body when you haven't hit that goal weight and despite putting in work, you still don't look how you feel you should look to make those negative thoughts stop.
