We join the Baltimore County Sitting Judges to talk about the qualifications and process of becoming a judge, as well as some of their most memorable moments on the bench.

The lawyers are joined by Maryland State Prosecutor Charlton "Chuck" Howard.  Chuck Howard was born and raised in and around Baltimore, spent his entire 40 year career in public service, from the Naval Academy, the Marine Corps, Maryland law, Baltimore City SAO.  Chuck then spent 20+ years traveling the world with NCIS and "retired" to become a prosecutor.  First he returned to Baltimore and most recently as appointee to the Maryland State Prosecutor.  Chuck is a true gentleman, a wonderful asset to Maryland, and was a great guest.
