    Stephanie Wasilishin Part 2

    Stephanie Wasilishin Part 2

At about 2 a.m. on July 9th, 1993, 10-year-old Nikki Wasilishin is deep asleep under the covers of her bed when she is woken up by a flashlight in her face. It’s an officer from the Sedona, Arizona police department. He tells her that her parents have gotten into an altercation, and she needs to come with him.

As she’s escorted out of her room and through the front door, she sees her mother’s boyfriend, Russel Peterson, on the couch. He’s rocking back and forth, and his hands are covered in blood. When the officer finally gets Nikki in the police car, she’s met by her 3-year-old little sister, who is repeating the same thing over and over again: “Poppy killed Mommy, Poppy killed Mommy.”

Their mother, Stephanie Wasilishin, was gone. Over 30 years later, her family is still fighting for answers.

    Courtney Holden

When Detective Randy Lesser from the Spokane Police Department gets assigned a welfare check turned missing person case, he quickly realizes that no one has seen 27-year-old Courtney Holden for nearly two years. While her adoptive mother and brother, Judy and Joshua Holden, would tell police that Courtney and her 7-year-old son left willingly just a few days prior, investigators begin to discover and untangle a large and very disturbing web of lies within the entire family.

If you have any information about what happened to Courtney Holden, please call Crime Check at (509) 456-2233.

    Tracey Kirkpatrick

    Tracey Kirkpatrick

Tracey Lynn Kirkpatrick was a 17-year-old with the world at her fingertips and worked hard to make that happen. She had a solid plan to get her bachelor’s degree and then attend law school, and she worked two jobs to realize this dream. But on March 15, 1989, while working at a women’s clothing store in Frederick, Maryland, that was all stripped away from her when she was brutally murdered. The week this episode airs marks 35 years since that night, and her case continues to baffle investigators.

JustMissMolly ,

Sarah always puts the victim first.

Sarah is so sweet I am so grateful for all the hard work and dedication to each case. She always puts the victims and the facts first.

ToriB1326 ,

Should be called voice of an Angel.

I listen to every episode and can easily see how much Sarah cares about every one of these victims and bringing justice for their families.

And her voice being so calm and soothing is a major plus.

MarkP8110 ,

Excellent

I love this podcast , not because of the popularity of your sisters case , but for the passion for justice even though it means condemning your own father. Your resilience is one of a kind , your love and matter of fact information even about your own guilt of believing your father didn’t hurt her is impressive. What you went threw in childhood/adulthood the fact that you came out on top despite is absolutely amazing. And the way you treat others on amazing giving how mean your dad actually was. You should be proud of what you’ve accomplished. I’m only sorry that I just now discovered your podcast , I’ve been aware of your sisters case because I’m a crime junkie !!! Better late than never! And I’m still trying to catch up I’m still on 2020 🤣. I binged the heck out of it though . 25 episodes in 4 days 🔥. Anywho take care Sarah and I pray justice for your sister soon 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼.

Thank you
Sincerely

Mark Prince
