Great Storytelling, Horrific Background Noise

Host has a great voice, is a talented speaker, and presents interesting information and theories. I really wanted to listen, but the constant, irritating “music” in the background makes it difficult to focus on anything the host is saying. The occasional moments of background silence were promising, with each occurrence offering hope for normalcy. I even skipped ahead, thinking it may have taken a few episodes for the podcaster to tie up loose ends, but it was not to be. This music should be played on a continuous loop for captured terrorists in detention camps.
Having said that, I am still giving 4 stars, because where there is good content combined with good storytelling, there is hope.

Very Informative but the Music is Unnecessary!

This is a really good point of view with different spins. However, the background music doesn’t match up with the theme and is too loud! I could barely hear some of the live interviews!

Not bad a self produced podcast

This isn’t a bad podcast. It is informative. The sound levels are off so at times it is difficult to hear people speaking. There are also these long, awkward pauses. I’m not sure if they are done for emphasis, to be dramatic, or just to make the podcast longer. A Killing Season was the series on television. Start with this, it’s more coherent and less musically annoying.
