Tim and Amber Wade are the owners of Hydn Cheese, because in Wisconsin, we are always looking for cheese! They create the classic grilled cheese sandwich along with other twists on the traditional, as well as other sandwiches and their famous soups! Hydn Cheese can be found every Saturday at the Kenosha HarborMarket, Thursdays at Petrifying Springs Biergarten, and Sundays at Milaeger’s Great Lakes Farmers Market in Racine.
