Christians rarely discuss Saturday. Jesus was dead and had been buried. Saturday was the Sabbath, but that "day of rest" was not very restful. They did not know the resolution that God would provide the next morning. So what did the disciples do? They waited. Had they just wasted their time? Were the Jewish leaders and the Roman government coming for them next? What was going to happen tomorrow?
