A great tool
I turned to this podcast to clear my mind and in an attempt to control my moods. Doing it every day, every morning, the mindset has infiltrated my attitude and it is a great tool to making life more satisfying, improving my focus and thinking more clearly. As a bonus Tyler’s voice is authentic, he doesn’t use a performative ‘mellow meditation’ voice but sounds genuine and therefore is more effective.
