In order to actually create new thoughts, behaviors, feelings, and emotions, we must access our somatic intelligence.  Somatic = relating to the body.
It’s one thing to conceptually understand how you want to show up in your life, but it’s a whole other ballgame to actually be able to do it in light of the patterning of your nervous system.
Change and growth that’s focused only on the mind, i.e., cognitive learning, will only get you so far because you’re leaving out the rest of your body from the neck down.
