My name is Carter and I’m 10 and I was wondering what is the best workout exercise to be doing and also how to resist eating sugary foods because I go to allot of parties and stuff and there is allot of sugary foods there.

I’m 10years old and I play for a soccer team call Ajax and I’m the goalkeeper for the team it has helped me get over my fear of getting hit in the face with a soccer ball. My dad fallows you and he always tells me good when I play. I think all kids should get on the path.
