An outside perspective
As someone who plays FFXIV, but is not a member of the RP or ERP community, I enjoy this podcast considerably more than I expected.
The discussions around the role playing community are fascinating to listen to as an outsider. It is enjoyable and interesting to listen to. While this podcast may not be for everyone, I can recommend that you try it at least once.
I laughed a lot, and found myself wishing to enter the debate during the Thirst Down. It’s a good listen and a good time.
So hurtful.
Honestly, Kali saying she would “settle” for a non binary character in game was such a slap in the face while listening to the new episode. Non binary people ARE TRANS. I get what she said about wanting specifically a trans woman but the wording was so very bad. It all came off as such a gatekeepy way of saying we as NB people are not trans enough for her. So sad to hear that.
After Hours Eorzea Style
A wonderful mix of hosts hitting a variety of adult topics all in the context of Eorzea and FFXIV. It’s fun best enjoyed in headphones and possibly behind a locked door.
