On the Tuesday edition of The College Football Playoff Show, Shehan Jeyarajah and Doug Lesmerises dig in on Oklahoma’s comeback win over Texas and what it means for the future of the Sooners.
A simple question -- Was that 55-48 victory over Texas, in which Oklahoma trailed by 21 entering the second quarter and 11 entering the fourth quarter -- a good win or bad win for the Sooners?
A complicated question -- Is Lincoln Riley going to stick with freshman Caleb Williams at quarterback, go back to benched preseason Heisman favorite Spencer Rattler, or try to play both of them the rest of the season?
The important question -- Is this the offensive spark the Sooners needed, and will they look like a legit national title threat again?
There’s some discussion of the Texas A&M win over Alabama, though that will be discussed more on the Wednesday show, so this is mostly about trying to figure out the Sooners and leaning into what Shehan saw while covering that Texas-Oklahoma game.
