Rosario’a Daughter

Thank you for the podcast. As one of the few members of Isabella’s blood family that actually cared (like me, my husband, my father, and mother who is her step grandmother, and her other younger half aunts and uncles), and tried my hardest to protect her, it’s nice to know that Rosario is finally open to her blood family being in her life. Though I know it’s Isabella’s choice, I hope she chooses to leave behind some of the ones that hurt her in the past out, cause they haven’t changed. I have tried for years to find her. I was denied her because of lying family, and my religion. Then I discovered in 2016 she was adopted by Rosario. Though Rosario’s timeline is off (she did not spend most of her life in foster care I took the most care of her when her mother didn’t run away with her, or her fathers girlfriends restricted me from her…I guess they didn’t like that she tried always calling me mommy), I’m glad she was able to save her when I wasn’t allowed to. I love you Isabella. I’m so glad you reached out to me in 2019, and look forward to the day I can see you again. <3

One of my favorite podcasts. Tune in to learn about different families and approaches to parenthood. Despite their differences, there’s always a universal theme: love! Host Julia Dennison is a deft interviewer; you feel she is on the guests’ side, helping them share their stories and what makes them tick.
