Why You Need To Forgive Yourself to Move Forward
Being able to succeed in relationships is only possible to the extent that we can forgive ourselves for our own limitations, past and present. If we can't forgive ourselves, we'll be filled with shame and self-hatred, which will bleed into our relationships and slowly kill it.
I recently had a conversation with Frank Ortega, The Divorce Recovery Coach who talked about the need for men to forgive themselves. Frank is an amazing guy, super wise and has a lot of great insight to share. You can find Frank on Instagram @DivorcedRecoeryCoach. -
The 5 Core Tenets of the Black Belt Husband Process
In this solo podcast, I talk about The 5 Core Tenents of the Black Belt Husband Process:
1. You are responsible for you.
2. You are the leader
3. Focus inward, not outward
4. You can't give what you don't have
5. You have to go all-in
If your marriage is struggling, it's because one of these 5 elements is missing, and conversely, if you want to improve the quality of your relationship and level up your game as a master husband, you need to start adapting these 5 pieces in your life.

Complaint's and the Healthy Masculine Response
Are there lots of complaints in your relationship?
In this solo podcast, I talk about how we should look at complaints, and what is the healthy masculine response. Complaining is a bid for one person to communicate a deeper sense of pain within themselves to another person. When we understand how to receive complaints, and the proper lens to look at them through, dealing with complaints gets so much easier. People complain as a means to connect and if we understand the need for connection, complaints are easy to roll with.
